125 Garry Street is an example of one of the most successful energy efficiency upgrades undertaken by Tower Engineering Group. In this time of increasing concern over the environment, dwindling natural resources and rising energy costs.

Tower presents a project where a typical, modest office tower can reduce its natural gas consumption by over 50%, its electrical use by 15% and its greenhouse gas production by over 300 metric tonnes. This was achieved through the innovative application of current technology, while increasing functionality, operations and occupant comfort.

Tower Engineering achieved an Award of Merit in Building Engineering by the Consulting Engineers of Manitoba (CEM) in 2008.
