The project consisted of a new 10,000 sq.ft. office component and 23,250 sq.ft. poultry hatchery facility with associated loading, maintenance and support spaces.

Tower’s scope included in-depth energy study and complete innovative Industrial Engineering & Design Services which resulted in $250,000 of utility and government capital incentives and $100,000 annual energy savings.

Tower was awarded the 2009 CEM Award of Excellence Design Winner in the Industrial Design category for its work at Granny’s.
