MNP Vancouver – Corporate Office Fit-Up & Expansion

Expanding MNP’s Vancouver office required the careful renovation of approximately 109,000 sq. ft. across multiple floors within an occupied downtown commercial tower. The project was delivered in phases to support staged occupancy while allowing the firm’s operations to continue uninterrupted. Tower Engineering provided mechanical and electrical engineering services, coordinating HVAC, power distribution, lighting, life-safety, and communications systems within the constraints of an existing high-rise environment. Close collaboration with the design team ensured new systems were integrated with base-building infrastructure and modular interior construction. To support City of Vancouver requirements, Tower also developed an ASHRAE / NECB energy model, helping guide.

Grant Thornton – Corporate Tenant Improvement

Delivered within an occupied downtown office tower, this corporate workplace renewal required careful integration of new mechanical, electrical, and structural systems with existing base-building infrastructure. Tower Engineering worked closely with the architectural team and building management to resolve lighting, HVAC zoning, power distribution, and structural coordination early in design. When selective demolition revealed undocumented existing conditions, Tower responded with targeted field verification and rapid cross-discipline coordination to maintain schedule and cost certainty. The result is a flexible, high-performance workplace that supports a range of work environments and enabled a smooth, on-time tenant move-in.

Park City Commons – Mixed-Use Development

Park City Commons is a 23-acre, master-planned mixed-use development that transformed a former City of Winnipeg Public Works yard into a vibrant, transit-oriented urban community. The project integrates eight mid-rise residential buildings, standalone commercial retail units, landscaped courtyards, and supporting parking infrastructure. Tower Engineering provided structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services across multiple phases, supporting nearly 1,000 residential suites and more than 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. Coordinated systems design and phased construction sequencing enabled accelerated delivery while maintaining long-term performance and operational clarity for the developer.
