Expanding MNP’s Vancouver office required the careful renovation of approximately 109,000 sq. ft. across multiple floors within an occupied downtown commercial tower. The project was delivered in phases to support staged occupancy while allowing the firm’s operations to continue uninterrupted.
Tower Engineering provided mechanical and electrical engineering services, coordinating HVAC, power distribution, lighting, life-safety, and communications systems within the constraints of an existing high-rise environment. Close collaboration with the design team ensured new systems were integrated with base-building infrastructure and modular interior construction.
To support City of Vancouver requirements, Tower also developed an ASHRAE / NECB energy model, helping guide system selection and ensuring energy performance compliance as the modern workplace environment was implemented.
