Tower Engineering provided structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services for the new 7,000 sq. ft. clubhouse at Winkler Centennial Golf Club. The facility includes a pro shop, restaurant, banquet hall, commercial kitchen, and supporting amenities designed to enhance member experience and accommodate larger tournaments.

The structure features sloped pre-engineered wood trusses with wood deck roof construction supported by loadbearing wood walls, along with a thickened-edge concrete foundation and slab-on-grade floor. This approach provided an efficient structural solution while enabling open dining and event spaces.

Mechanical and electrical systems were designed to support occupant comfort, energy efficiency, and seasonal flexibility. Close coordination with the project team ensured the new clubhouse integrated with ongoing golf course and site improvements, creating a modern facility that supports both daily operations and special events.
