Phased renovation and expansion of Price Industries’ Antec Controls facility to modernize manufacturing, training, and office operations within an active site. The project included selective demolition, new two-storey construction, and upgrades to existing facilities. Mechanical and electrical systems were designed to support manufacturing and paint operations, specialized ventilation, compressed air, service upgrades, and integrated life-safety systems—while maintaining operational continuity. The result is a flexible, future-ready facility that also showcases Price Industries’ own HVAC and controls technologies.

Designed to support FastFrate’s growing logistics operations, this new facility integrates cross-dock functions, final-mile distribution, and modern office space within a single, efficient hub. Tower Engineering provided structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services for the design-build project, supporting phased construction and the demolition of existing occupied buildings. The facility features heavy-duty foundations, high-capacity racking, dedicated systems for battery charging and vehicle exhaust, and fully coordinated electrical and life-safety systems—designed for flexibility, efficiency, and future growth.
