Principal - Electrical
Mark is a Principal with over 25 years of experience in electrical design, project management, and construction administration. He brings practical field insight to commercial, industrial, residential, and healthcare projects, with expertise in power, lighting, and utility coordination.
YEV LOEVSKY, P. Eng., MBA
Principal - Electrical
Yev is a Principal Electrical Engineer and Kelowna Branch Manager with nearly 20 years of experience. He brings a multidisciplinary background to healthcare, commercial, and tenant projects, with expertise in power, lighting, life safety, and communications systems.
PETER WERTEPNY, P.Eng.
Partner - Structural
Peter is a Structural Engineer with 28 years of experience across industrial, institutional, healthcare, aviation, commercial, and residential projects. Detail-driven and collaborative, he delivers code-compliant, durable designs that integrate seamlessly with other disciplines.

Associate - Mechanical
Arran is an Engineering Licensee and Certified Technologist with 21 years of experience in mechanical design, project management, and contract administration. He specializes in modular, supportive housing, and seniors’ facilities across Western Canada.
LISA THOMSON, P.Eng.
Associate - Structural
Lisa is a Structural Engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, institutional, and community projects across Manitoba and northern Canada. She is experienced in partnering with First Nations and remote communities to deliver practical, durable, and culturally aligned designs.
JOSEPH CHIMKO, P.Eng., LEED AP BD+C
Associate - Mechanical
Joseph is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 20 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection. His work spans healthcare, education, and community projects, with a focus on sustainable, high-performance building systems.
KARL TRUDERUNG, P. Eng.
Associate - Structural
Karl is a structural engineer with 20 years of experience and specialized expertise in precast concrete. He has guided efficient precast designs through fabrication and installation and also has experience designing wood, steel, and conventional concrete structures.

George is a Senior Mechanical Systems Designer with nearly 50 years of experience on new and renovated facilities across commercial, healthcare, industrial, education, and residential sectors. A CET and LEED AP, he delivers energy-efficient, cost-conscious solutions.

Jamin is a Senior Mechanical Designer with nearly 30 years of experience in fire protection and HVAC systems for commercial, retail, and industrial projects. He focuses on safety, efficiency, and continuity, with expertise in design-build consulting and energy reduction strategies.

Jarett is a Senior Electrical Designer and Red Seal Journeyman Electrician with 25 years of experience in power, lighting, emergency power, and life safety systems. He delivers reliable, code-compliant designs for healthcare, industrial, commercial, and multi-family projects.
John Shotton
Associate - HR/Admin Manager
John is Tower’s HR and Administration Manager with more than 25 years of experience in human resources, administration, and IT. He supports the firm’s growth by managing people, processes, and systems that foster efficient operations and a strong workplace culture.
