Tower Engineering Group was retained to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural design services to convert a vacant warehouse space in Northeast Calgary to a modern vehicle inspections centre for Intact Insurance. The scope included the analysis of existing building systems, design of roof reinforcement to support mechanical systems, addition of a new mezzanine, addition of new ventilation systems in inspections area, design of electrical and mechanical systems for office area with exposed round ductwork, LED luminaires, lighting controls and various life safety systems upgrades.
