Tower Engineering Group Limited Partnership was incorporated in 1997, with headquarters based in Winnipeg, MB and a branch office in Calgary, AB. The firm is operated by eight working principals and employs over 40 full-time staff, a high percentage being senior experienced professionals. This emphasis on experienced staff allows Tower to provide a high level of quality service to its clients. Tower provides Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering Design as well as Project Management Services. The firm’s engineers are licensed and practicing in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Northwest Territories.

Jack is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction projects. Jack uniquely combines backgrounds in mechanical contracting and consulting to ensure cost effective and practical solutions that meet the needs and expectations of clients.
Mike is a Professional Mechanical Engineer and Principal with over 30 years of experience in mechanical systems design. Systems include H.V.A.C., plumbing, mechanical site services, controls, and fire protection. Experience includes consulting mechanical engineering services on commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential buildings.
Gary is a Principal and the Electrical Department Manager. He provides 26 years experience in electrical design and construction consulting on industrial, institutional and commercial projects. Gary’s experience as a Journeyman Electrician allows him to uniquely apply installation experience with conceptual design.
Sebastien is a Principal and certified engineering technologist with 16 years' experience in electrical design and project management field. He has designed and project managed various commercial, institutional and airfield lighting project ranging up to $4 million in electrical construction value. Sebastien’s field experience supports his design and project management work.
Yev is a Principal and a Professional Engineer that provides over 10 years experience in electrical design,project management and product implementation in a variety of industries. Yev has acquired a broad exposure to electrical, mechanical and manufacturing engineering practices – an experience that enhances his design work.
George is an Associate and a Senior Mechanical Systems Designer. He provides 40 years of experience in design, coordination, construction supervision, energy conservation, and documentation of all types and sizes of new and renovated mechanical systems.
Karl is a Professional Engineer with 20 years of experience in the planning, design, and detailing of structures, with specialized experience in Precast Concrete Structures. He has worked with Architects, Structural Engineers, Contractors and Developers during the conceptual stages of precast projects, and has extensive experience in the fabrication and installation of precast concrete components. Karl also has consulting engineering experience in the design of wood, steel and concrete structures.
Lorna has over 20 year experience in accounting and administration management. She has been overseeing the daily operations of the Administration and Accounting teams at Tower since 1999. Her background in the construction industry helps her guide Project Managers in the interpretation and implementation of all project accounting related policies and procedures.
